Praxima has been providing professional outsourced payroll and HR services to small, medium and enterprise-class companies in South Africa since its launch in 1995.

We are fully BEE compliant, with Royal Bafokeng Holdings (RBH), the investment arm of the Royal Bafokeng Nation, owning a 30% stake in the company.

At the start of a project we run a detailed rules setup exercise to ensure that we have the correct rules in place to run the payroll. Thereafter the client and staff information is implemented.

A dedicated account administrator is then assigned to a customer to manage, maintain and run each payroll. Costing is per pay packet and depends on the size and complexity of your payroll.
