Praxima's outsourced HR service ensures all employee records and information are stored, allowing businesses to extract information in the form of reports and scorecards. Included in this is training, performance, disciplinary matters, statistical and equity reporting, and skills development.

This provides the basis for statistical analysis of performance over time, measured against identified goals. Reports are extracted from the database in graphic format, giving managers insight into 'why' and 'how' human capital contributes to business success and what must be done to enhance organisational performance.

Both PraxiPay and Praxima's outsourced service feature optional add-ons such as an Electronic Personal Folder (EPF) that keeps a record of 'scanned' hard copy documents such as ID's, qualifications, certificates and photos. This allows administrators to search and access this information in an electronic format.

The Employee Self Service (ESS) has been developed to allow employees to apply for their own leave (with built in workflow), access their own online payslip history and update their basic information - without compromising security as the function is password driven.
